02 Apr 2024, 09:25 Dear Ms Nqeno,
Thank you for the post.
At PMD we pride ourselves in promptly paying all valid claims. We are pleased to note that your claim was validated within our expected turnaround times.
Rest assured that we always do all in our power to avoid delays during the repair process. In addition, our dedicated Assessing Team makes every effort to ensure that all vehicle assessments are accurate and reasonable based on the accident damage.
Kindly note, at the repair stage, we are dependent on the turnaround times and capacity of repairers. The repair process is affected by factors that are outside the control of both the repairer and ourselves, such as availability of parts and the closing of part suppliers which has been the case with the repairs of your vehicle.
Our Market Conduct Team will be in contact with you to provide you with comprehensive feedback regarding the matter.
It should be comforting to know that our nationwide panel of SAMBRA-approved repairers ensure that vehicles receive high-quality repairs and service.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
