PMD insurance claims

My name is Moelo lebenya on the 7th of June 2023 I was involved in a car accident at kliprevier road south there was car that bumped me at the back I lost control went through still fence at BP Garage and fell over in a big hole next to flat, I don't know how did I survive, I wake up at Murlbaton hospital, my family helped me to call the insurance PMD and JMPD came for statements, after I was discharged trying to recover at home booysens detective called me for statement also and PMD insurance was also calling to ask me questions, after few day's PMD insurance called me to say my car is write off they can't be fixed it, from there since they were quite it was me who was always calling them up until I received the outcome of claim on 13th of July 2023 the process of took the whole month after all I was the one calling them no updates from their side, the result was that I failed to excirse due care in preventing the accident from occurring or minimize the extend of damage or loss, with those words they say PMD insurance won't able to process the claim instead they told me to collect the car at storage and pay the amount of R2800 to release the car. I hate the insurance PMD, Prime Meridian Direct they are ****mers.
