PMD insurance are the worst.

Awful awful service...had a an accident a month ago, these ppl do not contact to update you, they do not respond by the turn around time they have provided, no one can help you at all, no one knows how far the claim is, I have to phone them myself and everyday they tell me it's with management ...They do not know the services they provide they are unwilling to confirm or escalate any query it really is insufferable. No help whatsoever it's appalling.I would advise against using them as your preferred insurer, because they are not interested in assisting you. Worst ever service, 1 star is too much.
