PMD excellent service

I've been a PMD client for a number of years now. Somehow, I mistakenly thought that my cover included windscreen replacement (turns out I didn't actually take that option)... However, due to me being a client for a number of years and the fact that I had not claimed before, PMD decided to replace my windscreen (even though they weren't obligated to do so). Not often that you get companies willing to pay for something, when they don't really have to. I'm a happy PMD client and intend to stick around for a very long time... 5 stars to PMD.
