PMD dragging my claim. Unprofessional. Are they legit?

Good day team,

Kindly assist me here. On the 08 August, my insurance PMD took my car for repairs after it had a steering defect. I spoke to a lady with the name of Lungile who advised that she'll be in touch with progress of my claim. I have been making contact myself and not as promised. We are now approaching the end of the month and I'm sitting here with no car. They know I don't have car hire and I am sickly and when that happens I depend on people to rush me to the hospital. PMD requested that I send them the exact location of the incident, I tried as I was lying on a hospital bed in Mthatha Private Hospital, they also requested for a report from Audi after I had told them that when the steering became defective, I called Audi and the guy whom I spoke to assumed that it might be a steering rack that I might have hit something underneath the car as it's computer box is around there. I called the guy and I was advised that they cannot give me a report based on assumptions, they would need the car examined at their premises so as go get able to give proper diagnosis. What happened is that, as I was driving home...a speeding truck approached me and I had to swerve. Two tyres were on the tar road and two outside. I did not report that as an accident and I drove home but the next day when I started the car, it gave me that message on the screen that I shouldn't drive it, steering is defective.

I keep on calling them everyday but they are not giving me any feedback. If I knew they were this *************, I shouldn't have taken a policy with them. As I am not quiet about this, I was at the bank yesterday talking to a friend and another guy told us that he was with PMD and his Golf was in an accident on the way to Tabankulu and PMD never honored that instead they ran away.

I believe this waiting is just a trick for them to run away.

Kindly assist. I need to see my cardiologist in Mthatha tomorrow and I'm sitting here hopelessly.
