PMD doesn't to pay at all!

This insurance is bad news, the worse. In fact, one Panelbeter that “they” recommended to me said (The Panelbeater) that they don’t work with PMD. I asked why, they (The Panelbeater) said PMD doesn’t want to pay. When PMD received a Quote from a repair centre, they cancelled a lot of things incl wheel alignment, blending of the car for the colour to match. How can you refuse wheel alignment after I had an accident? And colour blending so that the whole exterior of the car looks the same? I am cancelling PMD!

I am so disappointed to say the least. And one thing I can assure PMD is that you will not be in business for a long time if you continue like this. We, as customers, are constantly complaining about PMD!
