pmd dissapoints
They said comprehensive and consumized is the same but now they only giving me 20k , and they want me to look for a panel beater ,I'm so stressed about pmd ,they telling me that the repairs cost 91k so I'm must pay the remaining balance they will only pay 20k .PMD disappoints

23 Jun 2022, 19:45PMD IS giving me problems, today they said I must go and fetch the car from auto body durban central but now they didn't tell me that the car is going for assessment at Ross champion and they didn't explain to me that the car is going for assessment, and I'm confused because they told me that comprehensive and customised insurance is the same but now they said they will pay 20k , what is the aim of paying insurance if I have to pay a remaining balance???? PMD is not a good insurance I won't encourage people to join pmd
