Dear Samkelisiwe M,

Client service is of utmost importance to us - thank you for your feedback.

We are truly empathetic as we understand that this is a trying time. As you will surely appreciate, we have all been affected by the national lockdown.

Depending on a client's needs, we truly aim to assist those who have been financially adversely affected. Unfortunately, where we receive no communication from clients for assistance before a loss, claims cannot be approved where there is no active cover.

Our Market Conduct Team has also already been in contact with you to provide you with further clarity herein.

We are delighted to confirm that with our comprehensive cover your claims excess reduces to zero - and it does so within a few short months.

Kind regards,
The PMD Team
