PMD Client services .

I've been a client of PMD for 4 yrs. I had to add my daughter on as a driver of my car, which has to be driven back from Kenton-on-sea in the Eastern Cape to Crosby in Johannesburg. As well as my son on my Toyota. . I had Top Class service over two days from Andele in Client Services & 1 day from Naledi. All requests for information needed from me, was short, polite & precise. I, of course, did not have all the correct details on hand but, Andile an Amazing young man, called me back, sent messages, kept following up until today, when I finally had all the right information & facts. Did not end any of the calls without asking if I needed further assistance. Calls were answered very quickly too. PMD I SALUTE the professionalism of ANDILE & Naledi in your client services. I'm retired now, so out of the working world, yet still needing services via phone. It was so wonderfully refreshing to be served in this way. My Thanks. My Respect.
