PMD Claim No. CL***:

They drove into my vehicle behind the back on the 10th of August 2023,it was so bad in such a way I lost control of my vehicle and I drove someone's vehicle in front.i log my insurance claim same.I was told the investigation should be concluded within 15 days...even today I'm still waiting, one of their staff members called me last week Tuesday regarding the details, she promised to text me immediately via watsapp regarding more details about my claim...till today nobody is willing to give any updates, what annoys me the most about this Pmd they make empty promises to their customers that they can't keep. I must say that they're very ***********,unreliable and full lies.Ive been to call them for the past two days but nobody knows anything,when I made a phone call this morning they promised that they will call me back by the end of the day....till now I'm still waiting 😪....I'm getting frustrated with this company..I doubt I will ever use their service in future or advice anyone to deal with them. What makes this matter even worse the third-party already told me that they're already done with his claim while as a paying customer my claim is still under investigation, how fair is that....I'm getting frustrated everyday
