When my car was involved in an accident. They paid my car with ABSA VF Timeously with no hustle after i submitted all the documents they needed. but there was a shortfall i did not know about that as i am first time car owner, i did not know everything. however, i appreciate how they handled and follow up with on everything, from the towing to paying the car. until the claim was finalized. i will insure my car with them again
