PMD and Jocks Autobody are ***********
I have been a client of PMD for 3/4 years now. I was in a car accident on the 16 December 2022. I called them, they only referred Jocks Autobody in Pretoria to tow my car on the 3rd January and they came on the 4th January. Up until today my car is not fixed. Jocks autobody keeping giving me an update of not finding parts for my car. So I went on this platform to check Jocks Autobody reviews and all clients complain about how much they are *********** and slow. I wonder if PMD don’t check out reviews before they assign work to the repairer. I want my car back, Mxm.

From time-to-time the repair process is affected by factors that are outside the control of both the repairer and ourselves, such as the availability of parts however the finalisation of repairs should be of paramount importance.

It will undoubtedly please you to know that PMD offers up to 30 days of car hire benefits following those unforeseeable accidents which leave you without your vehicle
