PMD AND AUTOMAGIC CENTURION ARE CURRENTLY MY CURRENT NIGHTMARE

After i had my accident, my car was towed to AutoMagic Centurion. PMD did everything from their side but i was then dumped to face people who are supposed to fix my car of which they show no interest, not even communicating with me, not even returning my calls after being told more than 3 times that Debbie will call me. Heavily pregnant, stressed and my car is just chilling at some s****yrd/ chopshop. All my insurance PMD says is "Auto magic will be in touch with you" of which they never ever called me, I'm the one constantly calling. Either their not so helpful consultants will promise that Debbie will call you or they "dont know" i never ever get answers when i call yet my car is just chilling by the sun with no attendance!
