PMD and Autobody took my car in for more than a month! No feedback, I must be the one doing follow-ups

Kindly note that this serves as a complain for my car that has been with Autobody since the 5th of June 2023.

They called me on the 22nd of May telling me that the car parts have arrived and I must bring my car in, I then took the car in on the 5th of June.

I did not receive any update on the car fixes, I then called them on the 12th of June following up on the progress, I was then told there were additionals that were never communicated to me until I called.

I waited still, PMD responded after 4 days, I then requested to take the car as I am struggling with transport fare to get to work, the car was with me for a week I then received a call from Autobody stating that I need to bring the car back as the additional parts had arrived. I took the car back on the 27th of June 2023.

The car has been with them since, I was told last week that they are painting the car and I would receive it anytime this week, I then followed up today only to be shown a photo of the car with painting still in progress. After sending another follow up email on Thursday, the 6th of July 2023 to PMD, they responded on Friday, the 7th of July 2023 and told me the car will be ready today, the 11th of July 2023. I then contacted Autobody today to arrange time to pickup my car, I didn't receive any response from Autoboy but received an sms from PMD stating that the car is still in painting phase of repairs.

This has been an inconvenience to me for a whole month, as I have to use Uber services to and from work, I have incurred too much costs because of this
