PMD

My name is Mpendulo Roñnie Fanti ID NO:***, I lodged a claim with PMD for my Ford Ranger Wildtrack on the 18th of August 2022. They have written the car off and it is in their possession. We are going for the 3rd month now and this is stressing me because they are giving me a run around. This is the only car that I have been using. They seem to be so ***********.i can't even sleep because of this it's been 3 weeks last update about my claim. I call them everyday last week I call them they say they are finalizing the claim on the 25th October bt when I call on the 26th they say they are under validation.They didn't bother calling me I call them. My number is ***. On the 27th October the lady from PMD call me she said my claim is taken at decision making and is gonna take 5 working days to finalised till today.
