Please be very careful of this company because they don’t deliver and they change the rules and regulations after you’ve paid

I saw an ad by this company on Facebook and decided to contact them and obtained a quote for my panel hand which wasn’t quite what I was prepared to pay as there was access to be paid but if I didn’t want to access the person I spoke to said my Insurance policy would go up by about R100 per month I was happy with this and took out a insurance policy with them seven days later I had a phone call from them to say sorry they’ve made a big mistake there is a R5000 excess and I said to the man and I know I took what you people quoted and paid for that I’m not excepting this I said you are a bunch of ****** and ******* so this message is to advise you to steer away from this company but it looks like that they don’t respond to any of the comments that are on the site Disney with one option to go to Osti and ask them to help Please be very careful of this company because they don’t deliver and they change the rules and regulations after you’ve paid
