**** POOR SERVICE
This is the worst service i have received in my life. This claim has been going on for 2 Months and I'm no where near a solution. They have kept me in the dark during the entire process and if i don't call i get no answers. They don't respond to emails and if they do its 1 week later. I had 1 months worth of leave that i wasted while waiting for this claim to be approved and they cant give a decent formal appology and i just get transfered from person to person
