Payment to the panelbeater taking too long
I have been a happy client up to today. The panel beater who was repairing my car has completed with the work and the payment has not been made. I keep on calling but they say the file is in for an audit and the person responsible for my claim is not available. I really need my car after six months of not seeing but paying for it. I am really frustrated. Kindly pay the panel beater so that I can get the car!!!

12 Feb 2016, 15:39Hello lancelotsehl,
Thank you for your further correspondence regarding your claim.
We do regret your feeling of discomfort with regard to the audit of the repair documentation received from your repairer.
The audit performed on all repaired vehicles is however essential to the finalisation and settlement of a claim as we need to ensure that your chosen repairer has indeed repaired the damaged vehicle to a minimum roadworthy state.
Furthermore this is not only as required by law but is also for both your protection and our peace of mind.
We are however pleased to confirm that the audit of the repair documentation has been completed and your claim settled on 11 February 2016, a day after the documentation was submitted for consideration.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind regards,
