Paying for service you can't get
I being paying for the Towing services and storage but now . I must pay for my car to be realized from the towing company . I been involved an accident on Monday and they send there authorized towing company to tower my car now i must pay from my own pocket and they telling me they will refund me later. first the told me this is what i signed for but they cant show me on there policy contract i have with them . WHY ? must i pay for the services i have already payed for please explain that to me. no one told me about this . i joined the insurance because i know one day i will need the help and by that time i will be broke with no money. i cant take out money and pay the towing company that they contracted and authorized to tower my car . this is been unfair for them to ask me to pay for that even if they going to refund me , they should had informed me first . WHY ?
