Pathetic Service on claim
Poor claim service, want to write off my vehicle based on the over priced qoute from Auto body repairs and sent through the same qoute to Kia and it came back with R 20 000 less and now they refusing to rele2my vehicle so i can repair it myself. Pathetic service and i need yo to keep on calling them for feedback.

14 Dec 2022, 17:26Unsatisfied with their response and for them to bully with taking the write off is uncalled for and funny enough on their qoute wiring, steering rack and suspension was not included now all of sudden its included. As much as have withdrawn a claim am still going to take the matter with ombudsman.. Can't be ********** like this
