Pathetic service

I’m insured with PMD for my car and I was very disappointed when I logged the claim after I had car accident and they came back after 15 days saying my claim was declined. The lady called and told me my claim was declined because I didn’t submit the pictures so my policy was not active.,my question was but how come did you deduct monthly premiums I feel ****med by this nonsense insurance company. I did send the pictures via WhatsApp number they gave me, now they want me to pay for storage and I called the panel beaters and they confirmed that they don’t charge for storage so I’m confused which storage are they talking about. They also want me to pay for towing fees like I mean what was I paying for exactly all along?? I’m so ****ed off because they created unnecessary expenses for me. I hate this insurance and I want all my premiums back and I’ll cancel the contract with them.. if you know what’s good for you don’t you dare join PMD insurance.
