Pathetic service
I'm really appalled by the level of service I am receiving. The claim process is just taking too long. I was told that the assessment for the quote takes 2 to 3 working days and we are past those days now and still no feedback. Please up your game man. I am paying for this service!

21 Feb 2025, 21:30You guys are really ****ing me off. Why is my polo 6 fog lights not approved with my claim. I am paying for my damn insurance and the fog lights fell off when the incident happened. You told my I would be covered! I will take this further and cancel with u!
