Pathetic Service
I happen to be a fairly new customer with Prime meridian Insurance. After trying to report an incident that took place with my car yesterday morning. No luck in getting through the call centre on a Sunday, left my details on the company website to be contacted back...no call was received. I decided to call the call centre around 10.00am, called from my cellphone held for over 15 min to get through, finally I got through a helpful professional lady by the name of Natasha. I explained the incident to her regarding my car, she said someone from the claims department will call me back to get the details and process a claim for me. It's now 2hrs later, I haven't received any call nor correspondence. Is this what I signed for with Prime meridian insurance?? I find the service very pathetic. I'm very disappointed.<br> I would like some feedback as soon as possible.
Whilst we strive to assist all of our client's within the shortest possible time frame, we, like most insurers, unfortunately experience a vast increase in claims over the festive season which do from time to time hinder our response times.
Nonetheless, we have confirmed that Kabo from our Claims Servicing Department has already been in contact with you and provided with all of the necessary information you require.
