Pathetic service

Kindly find my complain with the way my claim has been handled by your company..

I have since made a claim and was requested several times to provide information, proof of pictures as well as my tracker report, however I get multiple calls from the same person asking me same question everytime which comes across as an interrogation more than seeking clarity., moreover after several calls that I have answered and time spend during my working hours I come to see a letter in my emails that I am Non cooperative? I got 1 missed call from the agent which he previously said he would call in the morning without specifying the time but acts emotionally and send me such documentation.

I respect that Prime has a mandate to make sure they pay claims correctly but this does not me we have to intimidated nor interrogated especially when I have been cooperating with the whole process.

I have never had a problem with PMD before I am surprised of how I am treated, I am being asked questions that one would assume every insured person with PMD should drive looking around at street names and watch with the fear that an accident might happen, I am honestly not happy if PMD will not assist me then they must say it. So that we can move on to the correct legal route openly.

I believe I have provided enough info as requested and the next call IL be expecting is a response letting me know if my claim is approved or not.

We pay our money not hoping to crash cars and we don't mind because we know accident are unexpected but when we finally seek help we get this pathetic treatment.

Please correct your people with how they deal with your customers..

I give permission to PMD to access my recording to support my frustrating treatment.

1+1=2 no matter how many times you will ask me, so respect thay client are human also and we commitments that requires our time and the same cars thay we insure with PMD.

3 months later I am still waiting for my car to be fixed. Now I am being told my car will be fixed but the engine will be left out as the insurance is blaming me for moving my car to safety after the accident, they claim It is my fault due to my engine seized due to leaking oil from the sump after the accident which clearly was accident related.

Panel beater has been submitting quatations but the insure keeps playing cost courting as all the damages are clearly at a point for the insurer to write off the car..

They just don't care how I am coping emotionally and financially and worst part my life is at risk daily as I have to hike from my house to work daily.

I wish Prime could work for their clients more
than playing this cost cutting games and time delays on the expense of its clients
