PATHETIC PMD!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING

Im writing this has a last resort to get a painful, stressful and emotionally exhausting experience behind me. We have two policies with your company PMD and we seem to be getting ZERO assistance. My mom had a vehicle accident more than 2 MONTHS AGO and STILL NO RESOLUTION TO DATE. Promises were made but no delivery to date, leaving her stressed and inconvenience during this process. There has been many inconsistent feedback given and this I find to be very APPALLING! PLEASE PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY! we need to move on from this experience and find closure!
