Pathetic and Dragged Turnaround times

I was in an accident on Wednesday 25th of March, after the accident I immediately went to the police station to get a AR and submitted the claim, my thinking is that this whole process is automated because the reason you submit via the app, early yday I all to find out the progress of the claim, I am told by the client service that there's outstanding forms, no one thought to call me to let me know, later the afternoon I get a call from the assessor , who asks me to send the documents, I sent it immediately, I call this morning to confirm if they've received it no they haven't I had to resend it via WhatsApp, it's been more than 24 hours since I have been in contact with the assessor, I am sure you can keep your client up to date with the progress via email?????

I have been paying my premiums without fail since I joined in November 2024 , and this is my first claim, and for the clients service agent to tell me that it's going to take 15 days to settle the claim that's honestly ridiculous and then another few days to take the car to the panel beaters for assessment and that's not even to start the work it's pathetic turnaround time for such a reputable brand.

Not even to mention the option to have a car hire, a customer must pay a 4k just to have a car while the insurance further inconveniences the claimant with their long dragged out process
