overpricing
I have claimed for Windscreen repair and they came back to me and said that my claim is successful and that the screen cost over R11k and I have to pay 25% of that. Where in SA do you pay a windscreen worth that much?

But now why haven't you asked yourself why in such a short of period of time I have claimed twice in almost a year . but for the other car I have only claimed once. which means there's probably something wrong with the windscreen it's not of quality .
