Overall experience is refreshing, especially today's interaction
Overall experience is refreshing, especially today's interaction. The consultant was a pleasure to deal with not just another agent reading a script, doing a job. Friendly and warm, think many call centers have lost that "personal touch". Not here today's call was a breath of fresh air.
