Outstanding Service - Lesego Molefe
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I was recently in an accident with a taxi driver. My first contact at PMD was Lesego Molefe, who has consistently been in contact with me to find out how my claim is going when it was handed over to a technician. Although my claim is not complete, I am glad to report that Lesego has been consistent with assisting me when I have had questions that I could not get answers to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I believe if PMD can make this a standard practice, there will be less complaints about their service.</p> <p> </p>
