One of the worst insurance when it comes to claims

To many delays with a claim, cant speak to management about the claim, claim is taking too long, no inspector came to view the car, no communication at all is happening i need to constantly call everyday, people around me when i tell them about my situation they said an insurance should take so long with a claim because out insurance or budget insurance doesn't take this long, a friends car was more badly damaged then mine and his accident happened a day after mine but already the decision has been made,i dont know why im paying if this is the turnaround time , if i can pay the same thing.what makes me so angry is that u convinced me to leave auto and general to come to you guys and i did thinking im getting something better but comes to find out the lady from auto and general was right PMD is still a small company compared auto and general and get a claim would be a problem.I wish i had listened.
