Oh wow, it's a great insurance ever, I submitted my claim 2 weeks back, they kept on following up to get the photos of the car so that they can push my claim very fast. After I submitted photos, they kept on updating me about the progress of the claim, it was very quick I have never had such experience since 2018 from other insurances.
