#Not Impressed CL***

I got into an accident on 25 September 2018.... fast-forward to 22 November 2018 my car is still not repaired.

I was told that they will cover R17 000 of the claim and based on their assessment the costs are R23 000. The panelbeaters did an assessment and based on that the subframe needs to be replaced, this was not included in the R23 000 costs. PMD did an assessment based on pictures and the costs of R23 000 is based on the pictures.

Long story short they are refusing to pay for the sub-frame, they will only pay for the costs included in the R23 000 estimate. I just want my car fixed.

I am very disappointed by the service, the back and forth and the fact that its almost 2 months and my car hasn't been fixed. I am very unhappy.
