Not happy at all
Pmd tells me im going to loose what I have a accumulated with them if they refund me for the three months they've been taking money from me without being covered because the pictures . I did send those pictures and you never got back to me to tell me that theres anything missing. Wow after being loyal to you and never bothered you with claiming your telling me you want to keep my three months payment.

As we are sure you will appreciate, an insurance benefit cannot remain active when the premium providing it is refunded.
A review of our system confirmed that we notified you on several occasions that the reinstatement provisions have not yet been met. Nonetheless, our Market Conduct Team will contact you shortly to ensure the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
We are of course, pleased to re-confirm that unlike with many other insurers, with PMD the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period of time.
