Not a happy client.
The worst insurance ever, they never helped me with anything, took me 6months, you are the one who should always call and check how far they are, everytime you call is a story after another after they rejected my claim, their story wasn’t even valid… I’m still waiting for them to deliver my spare wheel and car jack even this day since June 2024. After they have told me to make a quotation Im still waiting. Definitely not a reliable insurance
Don’t even consider joining them… save yourself the money good people.

We take pride in quickly approving all valid claims, taking pride in the integrity of our claim validation process, and ensuring that all claims are validated in line with transparency and fairness.
During the claim's validation stage, the information supp**** by clients needs to be verified and validated by independent sources as far as possible to ensure that we have the most objective and unbiased information available to enable us to make an informed decision regarding the outcome of such a claim. We acknowledge that on rare occasions further information may be required from experts to ensure that we reach an objective outcome, which may result in the claim taking longer.
Whilst the purpose of insurance indeed is to protect one in the event of an accident, it is also true that such cover is only provided on the condition that a driver keeps to the policy terms and conditions.
Our Claims Department has confirmed that the spare wheel has been delivered. Our Market Conduct Team will provide you with comprehensive feedback regarding the spare wheel and your claim outcome.
It will no doubt reassure you to know that PMD offers a 24-month fixed premium guarantee on all claim-free policies!
