Not a good insurance company
Your Premium gets deducted every month, on time, but when a claim is submitted and they need to get your money back from the 3rd party, they drag their feet, while you out of pocket they just don't care, oh and you don't get your money Back. I was warned by friends and Colleagues but didn't listen.

What I would like to know, “is it not the responsibility of my Insurance Company to send an assessor out to the scene of where the accident took place and assess and argue my case?

10 Mar 2025, 08:17If PMD gave me a letter confirming my excess, to the company who's vehicle was involved, they I would not be out of pocket, But PMD refused, to assist with a letter. Now I am paying a loan, struggling to make ends meet, as a single mother and providing for a pensioner that only gets SASSA.
PMD will not fight your case if the accident is a minor accident.
