Nonsense

I am really appaulled with the service i have received from this insurance its so shocking it doesnt make sense. I hit an animal first weeks of May then submitted my claim it was approved within 4 days then out of the blue it was cancelled this is because the assessor chose to ignore the quotation from the repairer then they had to reopen the claim but this time she took her sweet time to respond even when i called everyday i would just get "we will contact you in 24hrs" but nothing but after several phone calls the claim was finally approved. This time around the parts took forever to come, i called in and i was told the parts have been ordered only for a few parts to arrive and only to find that these are used parts. Its so weird i would think someone has a personal vendetta with me but i will be returning the favour no worries pmd
