None stop SMSs are annoying from prime South Africa

I commenced my insurance policy this month. I am currently receiving approximately ten SMS messages daily, serving as reminders regarding an action I undertook on my initial day as a policyholder. This situation suggests a potential discrepancy in my initial submission, yet my attempts to resolve this via telephone have been unsuccessful in identifying the specific issue. This experience is significantly eroding my confidence in the company's ability to honor future claims. Consequently, my trust in this organization has diminished.
