No response to enquiry

I had an incident 19 Jan 2015 and have had 2 assessors come out and I submitted all documents. I even had to allow them to confirm my call log with vodacom to prove I was in my car where the incident happened. I've emailed many times, enquiring about the state of the claim. I've been very patient and forthcoming with info but im deeply disappointed in the lack of client services and professionalism. . I've always boasted about PM but I can no longer promote them. I'm definitely changing insurers as PM is living up to bad insurance reputation. Sad to have to complain but I'm struggling without my car. I nearly got ****** with my 10yr old daughter walking her from school because I couldn't find a lift or borrow a car!!. When I told them this, no response or empathy. No one cares because they're driving around carefree and comfortable. Deeply disappointed and Dissatisfied. I won't mention the lady's name though.

Hello Mahlika01,

We appreciate that being without a car is indeed an ordeal and are glad to know that you and your daughter were not harmed.

As you no doubt agree, the circumstances of your loss were most unusual and very strange indeed.

This notwithstanding, we are aware that our Claims Department has been in contact with you and confirmed that they have managed to reach the final stage of the process after several delays brought on by the unusual nature of your claim. You will be pleased to know that the matter is to be settled shortly.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.

Kind regards,
The PMD Team
