I have paid my premiums up to date - but I cannot get a response from the person responsible for \accident contribution"> I completed a lengthy document for a straight forward claim - (only o be told that the car has not be written of) I know it is not major damage - but as I make accident contribution I am entitled to claim. I was told I would receive a phone call by Monday - nothing so far - you must follow up on your claims - and stop dragging your feet! I GUESS NOW YOU WILL MAKE ME FILL IN A WHOLE WADF OF FORMS AGAIN - YOU DONT DO BUISNESS LIKE THIS PLEASE MAN!!"""
