No obligation to the damage

It has been 4 months since I submitted my claim, and I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of action and poor service. To date, I have:Experienced severe delays: My claim remains pending with no actionable progress.Faced a lack of communication: I have not received a single response or update from your company regarding my inquiries.Received an unsatisfactory settlement offer: The third-party department has refused to cover the full amount of the damages to my vehicle.Been left stranded: Because of the delay and refusal to settle, my car remains unrepaired.
