No feedback whatsoever
I’ve been waiting for my claim to move from validation to either approved or declined, this is the 14th day and every tim i call they put a request for the investigator to call but she never calls. According to the sms received last week there was supposed to be a result before Friday last week but here am i still waiting for investigator to call and update
