no delivery

My car was involved in an accident on around june 2014 till to date prime meridian has not paid for the car , when we call them they taking us from pillar to post saying they will come back to us but nothing happens they are still quiet , while they are still deducting for the premiums and we don't even know where is the car since they towed it away on the accident scene. We will be glad if we can be helped.
