No Answers/Feedback on Claim
I have logged my claim with Prime Meridian on the 11th of August 2015 (CL***) its been 34 working days since the claim was logged with them, and still up to date they cant tell me if they are going to pay out the claim or not. I find it very unprofessional to take this long with a claim and in the meantime for 49 days I don't have any transport of my own. Prime Meridian please do something about this as it is ridicules taking this long.

My vehicle is standing in my garage for 49 days now and my second debit order with you since the claim was logged. I keep on paying for insurance but when it comes to a claim then you have a lack of service.
