My Windscreen had cracked and I went to replace the windscreen

My Windscreen had cracked and I went to replace the windscreen. I called the insurance to ask that I can claim the money i spent to replace the windscreen. They asked me to provide them with all the documents requested and 3 working days later they called me back to tell me that my claim is successful and that they will be reimburing me. All the consultants were great at communicating and giving me feedback.
