My name is Phelokazi Mkulisi. I joined PMD in January 2022 after a friend recommended them for their affordable premiums and excess. I left an insurance company I had been with for 5 years. On the 3rd of July 2022 my car was hijacked. I only had to call PMD once to let them know about the incident. Thereafter their consultants kept in contact, whether to check if I had received documents, and had sent them back. Also to update me on the progress of my claim. On the 2nd of August my claim was approved. By the 10th the balance owing to the bank and change to myself was paid. Truly I can not say thank you enough to PMD for their excellent service. Rest assured I will be back with them when I get my next car. Thank you 🙏
