I am happy to announce that the claiming process was hassle free (the claim date was 10 February 2025 ) and I just received the good news that the claim has been approved today (11 February 2025) . I don’t regret taking this car insurance policy for my mom. The best part of it all is that the access decreases the longer you stay with them. When I initially took the car insurance policy the access was said to be R5000 ,however I will be paying the access fee of R690.
