My is Saccliffe Mashu, on the 13 of June this year I had an accident around 18h20 while I was on my way home
My is Saccliffe Mashu, on the 13 of June this year I had an accident around 18h20 while I was on my way home. I was traveling on vlakfontein road when an unknown vehicle came straight toward my lane then I swerved off the road try to get away from the vehicle driving toward me then fell off the ditch. Yesterday I got the response that my claim has been declined because I was driving at a speed of 106km/h which they said is above speed limit and the said the speed limit is 60 Km/h which on the road I was traveling the is no sign of a speed limit on the road and the road is on an open space where the is no houses. And I believe it's unfair what they did.
