my cost R2600.00 but they say they can only give me 6000
I have been with prime meridian since september 2013 till to date I have two insurance policy with them: first is prime motor thirft and second one is Motorassit. after I made a claim they assessed the car and found It will qualify for second policy being motor assist hance is was not writtenoff or ******. they then told me with motor assist I accumulate R2000.00 for every successful monthly contributions . I then went and calculated my contribution they came up to R36000.00 now prime meridian are telling me they can only give me 6000.00

It is true that you were advised of the assessment of your claim within less than a week of submitting it. Our records show that your October, 2014 premium was not paid, notwithstanding our various notifications to you in this regard at the time. In terms of your policy provisions, this fact had a direct influence on your available accident contribution amount.
More concerning though is that it appears that a driver who was not nominated for cover under your policy was driving the vehicle at the time of the loss.
