My car window was smashed during a break in on 05 December 24, I contacted Prime SA around 09h00 on the day after reporting to the police. The friendly staff was so kind and full of sympathy, the assisted me through the process with kindness. The submitting proses was also easy. On the 5th I submit the case number around 11h00 and at 15h00 I got an sms my claim was approved. I'm so happy for the quick, sufficient and effective assistance I received throughout the process. I would to every staff and management of Prime SA for the excellent service. Thank you so much
