My car was involved in an accident, it was a write off, they communicated with me every step of the way, I had full access to their agent who was dealing with my claim, I was updated about every delay. I had an issue with my tracking unit Company not coming to the party, PMD handled it on my behalf, they even paid the settlement for the tracking unit. My claim was finalized and approved. I'm very happy with the service, should I get another car I'm definitely coming back to pmd. Their consultants are friendly very helpful. Thank you PMD.
